2023-08-24	Ta*****	3 in sense that the Purchase lead Button is just too quick. If yiu press it by mistake then yu buy it. You need to put a confirmation button to make sure people dont buy leads by mistake. I am tired of buying leads i dont want. Please If yi do that then my 5 star is on the way

2022-11-29	Br*****	After I complained about being gosted by the so called clients, one of the officials called me saying we've a client who needs help around your area we sent you an email some weeks ago, of which we never received any email from them. She said she would resend such email and never did. This app is now a scam. All the clients who goasted us , their numbers don't exist anymore. Buying credits is a waste of time and money because you won't get any successful jobs. You buy at your own risk.

2022-10-18	Ma*****	Great app and great customer service from the stuff. But unfortunately I think most customers don't understand or know that as Pros we pay money for leads. You buy a job and they ignore your calls or whatsapp. Some will get help from somewhere else and still keep the job open. Now when you start requesting refunds you look like some kind of crook. This has to be sorted out please.

2022-03-22	Ju*****	I hade some problems with the client response and a lead disappeared from the app when I was on my way to buy it and I left a complaint to snupit and I didn't wait they called me as soon as the office opened. I was impressed by the professionalism of the support team that was super helpful and very nice. The app is great. Noproblem with the app itself.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Greetings from Je renovations.

2021-10-25	De*****	This is great service. However I wish potential customers also got some decreasing scoring of sort so that they don't just post for comparing without intention to ever commit to anyone. So many are time wasters. Or there should be a limit of how many pros can purchase a request.

2021-10-21	Sl*****	Been using it for close to year as a pro, i always get jobs notifications at 3/5 to 20mins old that have been purchased already, The system isnt regulated to provide a service to pro's, only the customer/snupit benifits, it needs a token ring notification system so that pro's dnt waste thier money on leads....the app needs to see that Mr A B and C just bought jobs and allow pro's who didnt buy time to by buy before notifying guys who already bought jobs that hour if not atleast in that half hr

Since I have discovered Snupit I can just sit back and relax and the Professionals contact me and provide me with quotes. I will never again search the internet for companies on my own trying to get quotes, I will always use Snupit for future projects that I would like to be done. I will continue to spread positive feedback regarding the effectiveness of Snupit.
