2024-09-27	Fa*****	Most of the time I have at least a couple of rooms that display "unable to connect" despite having them connected to my router on 2.4ghz as advised. Almost everytime I change the temperature, it switches back to how it was, and I have to do it multiple times before it registers the new temperature. When I see how much money I spent to get those matts/thermostats, I'm pretty pissed off that the app is basically useless and I have to do everything manually. App useless and outdated. Please update.

2024-06-03	Mi*****	With the app running the temperature schedule does not switch at the preset times. This is a pretty basic need and so Internet connectivity and control cannot be used. I reported this 7 months ago and was first told it was a known fault to be fixed within a few weeks. When I called back i was told that they did no know of any issues and it is still not solved 7 months later Nb it swiches properly when the app is not connected to the physically thermostats.
