HOW IT WORKS

Audio is analyzed at a 44,100Hz sampling rate. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) detects the characteristic 100-500Hz frequency band of snoring. A
5-step verification process (frequency analysis, sudden noise filter, consecutive detection, duration check, breathing pattern) ensures high
accuracy.

SNORING INTENSITY LEVELS

• Quiet (below 30dB): Normal sleep
• Mild (30-50dB): Light snoring
• Moderate (50-70dB): Regular snoring
• Severe (above 70dB): Heavy snoring - medical consultation recommended

SLEEP HEALTH MANAGEMENT
