◇Quick recording after launching the app
The recording screen is displayed at the top, so you can record your weight and body fat percentage immediately after launching the app.

Quickly record before your bath or after waking up. Its simplicity is its greatest feature, making it easy to continue using.

Record meals in four categories: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Entering calories (kcal) for each meal automatically calculates your daily and weekly total calories. The app displays a graph overlaying your weight changes and calorie intake, allowing you to track your progress and stay motivated with your diet.

You can record not only your weight but also your body fat percentage. Setting your height displays your BMI and BMI category (underweight/normal/overweight) with colored badges, allowing you to see changes in your health status at a glance, something not visible from weight alone.

The history screen shows at a glance how much weight you've lost since starting measurements and how much weight you have left to reach your target weight. Checking these numbers helps maintain your motivation for dieting!

You can check your daily weight in a monthly calendar format. Average weight is displayed for dates with records, and the day-to-day and week-to-week comparisons are intuitively shown using color coding (red: increase / green: decrease).

You can view graphs showing the changes in your weight and body fat percentage over 30 days, 90 days, six months, and one year. Your target weight is displayed as a dashed line, and a predicted weight graph is automatically generated if you have more than 7 days of data. This helps you see your progress and stay motivated!

By linking with step count data (Health Connect), you can also see the relationship between steps and weight in a graph.

◇ Categorize and Filter Records with Tags
You can create your own tags, such as "Days I Ate Too Much" or "Days I Exercised," and attach them to your records. You can filter graphs with tags, which is useful for analyzing the relationship between lifestyle habits and weight changes.

◇ Protect Your Privacy with Fingerprint Authentication
Private data such as weight and meals can be protected with biometric authentication (fingerprint authentication). Turning on the setting to require authentication when launching the app prevents others from viewing your data even if they open the app.

◇ Easy Data Migration with Excel Files
All weight and meal records can be exported as Excel files (.xlsx). Conversely, when importing data from Excel, you can manually specify column mapping, making migration from other apps effortless.
