2024-11-03	Su*****	During payment via net banking option most of the private sector banks are not included. At the time of executing monthly payment, extra processing fees has been charged by any provided mode of payment.

2024-02-24	Ab*****	App doesn't respond properly and take too much time to load. Charge late fee with maintenance even though when user pay within 1st 10 days of the month. Also, when user raise and try to register any complaint, after complaint get submitted there is no way of checking complaint status. Team never inform if the issue fixed or not.

2023-06-27	pa*****	App has lot of features, but has failed to make most important things to work reliably like payment gateway integration. Most of the time it is down and has shady UX. Even after giving lot of time to fix those issue to the app developers after we contacted them , issues still did not resolve and finally we gave it up and switch to manual payment in society. We wasted our money on this app.

2023-03-20	Ta*****	Hard to use and update.Update - This app is so bad that when a broadcast message was sent by the admin I could not view my account and every time I hit the back button it would take me to my account balance page for a second and then show me the broadcast message. Not only that but each time it showed me the broadcast message it opened a new instance of the app which took up my phone's memory. Very bad experience with this app. At the end of five attempts I had five instances of this app opened.

2021-07-15	Ra*****	There is something drastically wrong with the app. We approve the person wanting to enter the society and it shows reject to the security and vice-versa. Suddenly they say Someone has entered and exited the society when the approval hasn't come nor had the person. Kindly check the app because ever since it has been updated the app is behaving weirdly. Security incharge said lot's of complaints regarding the app.
