2024-06-25	Ma*****	Terrible. Calls are constantly being dropped. Sometimes calls don't even come through and I can only see them from the online portal. Nothing but problems with this new app and now also with their desk phones and everything! We have been complaining to them for days now and they still haven't fixed it! My company is losing valuable time and money with this terrible phone service. I also can't figure out how to log out of this app!
