Very very disappoint do not use this app and don't pay If any thing need the CEO is very bad and their behaviour is also not good with customer and employee I worked here for 6 month and he paid me for 3 months only and told that work here we will pay but after completion of project he blocked me from everywhere not even responding to my calls message and emails and deny to pay also my overall career stucked because of him and he did not even care told me do whatever you can do .

I've tried apps, agencies, and "self-employed" caregivers that I need for my parents, who live out of state. It's either no show, agencies send some that do things halfway without acknowledging my parent's presence, or the person is rude. SNAH caregivers show up on time and the app tracks them as they drive to my parent's home. They are professional & kind to my parents. The app holds caregivers accountable for their job & my parents get to rate them for their service at the end of every job.
