2024-07-24	He*****	Although the service was good but the last order i had charge and asked to be put on my wallet .. it wasn't added and when i tried to schedule a pick up .. i was told that my area is now out of coverage!!!!

2024-07-03	Wi*****	Unfortunately, in my first dealings with them, they lost a piece, which was a shirt that I had delivered as part of the pieces, and that piece was not returned. Its price was 500 pounds, and the cost of the order was 200 pounds. This indicates great negligence. It is preferable to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency.للاسف في اول تعامل لي معاهم اضاعوا قطعه و هي قميص قمت بتسليمه ضمن القطع و لم ترجع تلك القطعه سعرها ٥٠٠ جنيه و كانت تكلفة الاوردر ٢٠٠ جنيه و هذا يدل على الاهمال الكبي

2024-06-23	Sa*****	They don't answer calls or WhatsApp or application help. As if you are dealing with a malfunctioning bot. Even orders aren't picked up as scheduled on application. No one to talk to or contact. Very strange to happen in Egypt. Irresponsive and irresponsible customer service and team. Very bad service and experience. Deleting this app.

2023-02-04	We*****	Please don't be fooled by the good reviews they're maybe old or scams, Worst app, worst cleaning service, worst customer service , extremely unprofessional, save your money and peace of mind and go somewhere else, out of 7 items only 3 were successful, the other 4 items were complete disaster, they ruined a carpet and they don't want to admit it and the biggest failure is refusing to send me a reciept that i repeatedly asked for to know exactly what i payed for ! They ignored my calls and msgs !
