ToucanSchoolhub

TouSchoolhub is a secure school management application that connects schools, staff, parents and guardians in one platform.

The app helps parents stay informed about their child’s academic and school activities, including attendance, homework, timetables, fees, holidays, announcements, class diaries, messages and uploaded documents.

Authorized school staff can manage student information, classrooms, attendance, homework, fees, documents, diary entries and notices. Staff can publish classroom-specific or whole-branch announcements so parents receive relevant updates for their children.

Parents can view information for their linked children, read school announcements, access diary updates, review homework and schedules, check attendance and fee details, communicate with staff, and view or download available student documents.

TouSchoolhub is designed to simplify school communication, improve access to student information and help parents and schools stay connected securely. Access to information depends on the user’s role and permissions configured by the participating school.
