I am a lone developer who loves to play word search games, but I wanted credit for more than finding the words put in the puzzle - I wanted credit for all the other crazy words I could find! That was what led me to create this game.

LexPlode! is a daily word puzzle game where you swipe through a 6×6 grid of letters to discover hidden words. But finding the target words is only the beginning. The real challenge—and the real points—come from hunting down long, unusual words that most players miss. Rarer finds earn bigger scores, so every puzzle is a race to spot the words that separate good from great.

HOW IT WORKS

Swipe across adjacent letters (including diagonals) to form words. Each day you get a fresh puzzle with a set of target words to find. Clear those, and the clock keeps running: you have five full minutes to keep searching the same grid for bonus words. The longer and rarer the word, the more points it's worth. Consecutive finds build streaks and add bonus points. No time bonuses—only word skill and a bit of vocabulary daring.

TWO WAYS TO PLAY

• PRACTICE — No pressure. Play the daily puzzle as many times as you like, try previous days' puzzles, and learn the grid at your own pace. Perfect for getting better before you compete.

• TOURNAMENT — One shot per day. The same puzzle, encrypted and fair for everyone. Your first completed attempt is your official score. Compete on global and regional leader boards and see how you rank.
