This is new Mobile App for Field Worker, to enhance workflow and safety.
Main Features:
- Safety: enhance safety for Field Worker, Field Worker can submit inspection for "Job Site hazard" at field. Quickly fill up incident report with responsible time. Issue report can trigger flow with manager team actions.
- PO checker: Field worker can scan or typing input information for job site po receive and the packing split will send to office for finance department audit.

This is first draft, not all functions enabled and also will extend in future.
