2025-01-14	Ca*****	Canceled our old cloud plan to move everything to the new app and they want double the money for continuous recording and now I can't go back to the old cloud plan. Was paying $14 for 3 cameras and now it's $40. Absolutely not.

2025-01-07	Au*****	I don't know why it's not letting me add it to either Google or Alexa. I'm computer illiterate so I need lots of help. However I have successfully hooked up all eight cameras and they're all working but I want to see them on my Amazon echo 21 that is the only reason I bought that giant screen is so that I could see my cameras all at once or even just one of them at a time would be great but it is not working on my Google hub or my Alexa echo show 21 hub

2025-01-06	Ju*****	I'm not able to get alerts in the night. That is the main reason I got these cameras so I could see what's coming on my porch at night. I can view videos from 6 am on until I go to bed. Nothing after midnight. Is there a way to change this? If not I will be sending the cameras back.

2024-12-12	Da*****	The new app doesn't work with my existing Zmodo devices. The old app works. No point in upgrading if you lose access to your devices.

2024-12-12	Sa*****	App is buggy. After first installment everything was okay however when checking alerts for any camera from local storage SD card app is saying no content. I reinstalled Zmodo app and verified that there are video alerts for several days and continuous recording. Therefore there are no more alerts or video recording for local storage and there is no video playback. Going back to Zmodo app. PS. I loved my Zmodo camera's until this app update suggestion which is missing features and buggy.
