Really slow app, it goes back to main screen after adding things in carts. items should be added by counter perso & QR code scan based payment is needed. Sodexo doesn't work for payment. items in shops are not indian brands, but some third quality brands of drinks. same for chocolate.

2024-02-01	Da*****	One of the waste apps You need to uninstall and reinstall for the latest version, you cannot be obvious here that you will receive updates, So much stressful that you'll hate to have the waste app and still need to use this. SmartWorks is not be interested to solve the issues since with out this app you cannot enter to you office. SmartWorks is actually chane the name to NotSmartWorks

If I make a payment, it wouldn't redirect me to the Home page, which is ideally industry practice. On top of that, when it comes to opening gates/doors with the app, the app fails quite often. And Imagine my pain of using it at my workplace otherwise I am unable to enter the building.

Bonus : Smartwork community team uses ID card to access :)and asking employees to use app. Issue 2: Service Request 》 after selecting Global Tech Park, we were not able to select the floor 》 Without floor information service tickets cannot be submitted. After an year still the issue exists. So employees won't raise any issue thru app.

2023-02-13	An*****	It's a horrible app. Every other day it stops working, and I need to uninstall and reinstall it again and again. And even after that it won't let me login, when it'll let me login, it'll get stuck. Anything that could be done in 2mins will take 20mins. You click on something and you need to wait forever. Disgusting experience. And they won't even fix it. Horrible!!!

2023-02-08	Is*****	Major issue: When internet is turned on, application won't work when trying to open gate. A lot of people suffer from this issue. Minor issue: I get the same notification multiple times at one moment.
