SmartTruck Fuel

SmartTruck Fuel is the driver companion app for fleets running on the SmartTruck platform. Sign in with your phone number and PIN
to instantly get the codes you need at the pump and to find the cheapest authorized fuel stop nearby — without calling dispatch.

Get your Company Start Code and a fresh single-use Fuel Code on the same screen. Enter the start code at the terminal, then the
fuel code when prompted — no paperwork, no phone calls to the office.

See every authorized truck stop on an interactive map, color-coded by net price after your fleet's discount. Tap any marker to see retail price, your discount, and the final per-gallon cost.

• Your location, in context
Your current position appears on the map as a blue dot, so you can quickly pick the closest good-priced station instead of
guessing.

• Works offline-aware
The app detects when your device has no internet connection and clearly tells you up front, instead of failing silently at the
pump.

Built specifically for drivers — large code displays, copyable codes, dark interface that's easy on the eyes during night runs.

WHO IT'S FOR

SmartTruck Fuel is intended for credentialed drivers of fleets that subscribe to SmartTruck. You will need your driver phone
number and PIN, issued by your fleet manager, to sign in. If you don't have credentials yet, contact your dispatcher or fleet
administrator.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the app and enter your phone number and PIN.
2. From the dashboard, choose Fuel Stations to see authorized stops with live pricing, or Get Fuel Code when you're ready to fuel. 3. At the pump, key in the Company Start Code, then the one-time Fuel Code shown on screen. The fuel code is single-use and
expires after the transaction.

PRIVACY

We only collect what's needed to verify you and issue fuel codes:
• Your phone number and driver ID, used to authenticate you with the SmartTruck backend and to issue fuel codes through Relay
Payments.
• Your device location, used only on your device to show your position on the station map. We don't store or share your
coordinates with our servers.
