they raise their rate without warning. custom service is a joke. they do not refund money after they take it. virtual debit cards are not accepted but they are quick to let you use it for scam reasons

You MUST register through a laptop or desktop, and now that I've done that I can access everything through the app on my phone. That's why I'm giving this app 3 stars. It works, but it's tedious and not explained, and some of us don't have access to a laptop or desktop.
