2026-06-29	Ra*****	Never received notifications for my registered SIPs. Emailed support, but no response even after 15 days. Replying to the same email resulted in an "Undelivered" bounce. This issue has happened multiple times and was reported earlier too, but no resolution. I've now stopped all SIPs, logged out, and uninstalled the ETMoney app. I won't be returning. In my experience, MFCentral is far more reliable.

2026-06-26	Ma*****	Etmoney is selling insurance product though app, but etmoney not taking any responsibility, if we bought insurance through etmoney, than after etmoney will not help for any kind of query, they simply said kindly contact insurance company. do not buy any insurance through etmoney, I bought in 2024 but they are not helped for any problem. use a trusted platform for insurance buying.
