■ Regarding Risks
・Goal Navi manages investment trusts based on the discretionary investment management agreement concluded between Nissay Asset Management and the customer. Investment principal is not guaranteed.

The investment trusts invest in domestic and international securities that fluctuate in value. Therefore, losses may occur and the investment principal may fall below the initial investment amount due to fluctuations in indicators such as stock prices, interest rates, and currency prices, as well as changes in the creditworthiness of issuers.

* Goal Navi is different from deposits and is not covered by the deposit insurance system.

* While Nissei Asset Management manages your investments on your behalf under a discretionary investment management contract, all profits and losses from the investment belong to you.

■ Fees
* For Goal Navi, the fee you pay is a maximum of 1.045% per annum (0.95% excluding tax) of the contract amount for the app course. Fees are calculated for the period belonging to each quarter (end of March, end of June, end of September, and end of December) and are generally paid in arrears on the 10th business day of the following month. Please note that fees vary depending on the contract course and contract amount; please refer to the pre-contractual disclosure document for details.

* In addition, you will indirectly incur expenses related to the investment trusts in which you invest, such as management fees (trust fees), audit fees, and securities trading commissions. The total amount of management fees (trust fees) varies depending on the asset allocation and investment period, and therefore cannot be stated in advance. Audit fees and securities trading commissions fluctuate depending on the investment performance, and therefore cannot be indicated in advance with their upper limits.
