2023-10-07	Ar*****	Within a month and a half time period, the AC did not work. I called and sent dozens of requests on the app for maintenance with no response. (The phone number listed just calls only to tell you they couldn't receive your call every time.) I then emailed SmartOwn consistently over a one month time span requesting AC servicing AFTER having paid. No response, no acknowledgement or any awareness that the issue has even been received. I can do little now but publish such experiences.

2023-07-27	Aa*****	People from smart own will give you a very good experience in the beginning. As the time passes, they them selves deviate from their commitments. They will more so if you want to rent go to other apps, they charge very heavily. Other apps are better. Do not prefer Smart Own. Really bad experience, go to other apps. Don't even this of installing this app.

2023-06-22	Sh*****	I wish I could have given a more negetive rating. Once the product is delivered, the entire customer service team just vanishes. You would not be able to do any contact with them. This is super pathetic customer experience I ever had.

2022-03-17	Mi*****	Very very horrible experience Despite cancelling the order on 11th March, I haven't yet received deposit after 6 days. Very poor consumer care support, virtually non existent! Have to keep calling them and asking for progress, that too to no avail. The app doesn't allow you to chat, no reponse to email, 2 of the 3 phone number don't exist and the one that does exist- just ends up giving false promise and shittya excuses. Very disappointing. Strongly discourage anyone from using this.

Follow-up done till and after delivery was very good. Appliance is in good condition, and they are giving free maintenance services as well which keeps peace of mind and provides confidence in using their product.

I have taken Refrigerator and Washing for 6 months and appliances are at very good condition with attractive rental package. Highly recommend Smart Own to everyone person in need.
