when reinstalling app keeps freezing and the app keeps saying declined and then conected i have to reset it alot but im fed up doing it and its putting stress on me with this watch. evertime i have a seizer the carer cannot hear me having a seizer as it dosent alert their phone. i need a difrent seizer alarm whare it always works and no freezing or any playing up. this wose ever

I don't know what the idea is, or why there's 0 reviews... I regret paying for this to try and use it. I received an email, after having to lie so I can be billed (despite their boasting this can be used all around the world. Well, probably can, as long as you are a US or Canadian citizen...) The mail mentions app neither the store on my phone or on my Galaxy watch got any clue about. So I download the Inspyre app on both; no combination works. I feel duped. The app also is buggy and amateurish.
