The products that I bought stop working within the guarantee period, They not at all pick up call...please everyone don't buy their products

2024-09-14	ra*****	The service representatives exhibit very bad behavior. I don’t know how the tickets are being closed since I have not shared the OTP. Whenever I contact customer care, they tell me they are working on it, but I checked the application and saw that they closed the ticket without resolving the issue. Also cooler is under the warranty however technician has updated is as out warranty.This is the worst service I have ever experienced, and I will not consider any Summer Cool products in the future.

Steam iron got rugged in just 15 days , when we try to complain on customer care Noone is picking up the call and it automatically cuts ... On application, there is always some problem... Overall it is the worst company I have ever used for any service...

2024-07-20	Us*****	Very bad experience about cooler, it took 15 mins to connect to the customer care then they are not listening. Complaint is raised technician is saying he don't have parts, it will take 1 more week in that. Total unfair, very disappointed, would not recommend this brand to anyone.

I have purchased summercool iron , but it's not working properly and it is still under warranty period but the Customer care always files the new complaint but no one wants to solve the problem. When we call the technician they are saying ki now we are not more the employees of summercool and on the other hand their customer care team isn't responding. Highly unsatisfied!!

2024-07-16	Ra*****	Summer Cool is a terrible brand. I got a cooler from them, and it’s been a nightmare since day one. Not a single day has gone by without problems. The cooler has so many issues, and when I tried to get help, I had to call customer care at least twenty times just to talk to someone once. When an engineer finally comes, it takes twenty days for them to visit. And when they do, they don't fix anything. They just come to get a happy code to close the complaint. They give excuses like they don't have

I will never recommend this make to anyone. I was going to buy bajaj but I thought I should encourage make in India new startup company.

Nobody is taking responsibility to update status. since 7 june 2024 we have registered complaint still not available motot and nor update by technician. Technician is receiving call and customer care update 18 june that motor has available now tomorrow will go there technician and resolve it. but technician saying that he isn't receiving motor. i never see like this type of bad, worth service. Same on you and your service.

Since that day I was trying to contact the customer service regarding my complaint but I was unable to get my complaint registered. I tried to contact them through their customer service number atleast 100th of time and also tried via app but still I was unable to connect with them. The call was not being answered. it is the worst company to electrical equipments.
