OPTOFILE is an office management application that will allow you to generate and save your patients' clinical records, generate test sessions, schedule or send results reports, all from the same device.

The uses allowed by the application are:

Primary use:
- Data management, through the creation, access and editing of a database in the internal memory of the device, with access to it by other database management applications and/or other devices.

Secondary uses:
- Reading 'template' text files for generating reports and documents, created by the user from other applications.
- Generation of reports in PDF files, with access to them from other PDF reading applications and the ability to copy them to other devices.


SmarThings4Vision has a series of applications focused on Optometry both for office management (OptoFile) and for training specific visual skills (S4V APPS). The development of all these applications has been carried out by vision professionals with the aim of providing tools to facilitate the work of both patients and professionals.
