It was working well till September. Since October the app is not working properly and customer support is not available

First ironing experience was excellent. Not a single complaint. They even fetched their own bag to carry the clothes for ironing. Second time, no bag brought. That is not an issue. Three days late delivery of clothes and pathetic ironing. Third time, no pick up at all and zero response on WhatsApp number too. Really very sad . Best in the first attempt but shaded off very badly.
