I cannot get the app see the cube. When I press on the battery status icon the app exits to the last screen. My phone and my tablet both see the cube via Bluetooth and neither app on my tablet or my phone will identify the cube

I can't connect my ex mars to the app because it says, "Not supported firmware version." I am aware I am not using the new tok tok Cube, but I remembered I have glitched the app to connect to my old ex mars cube, but after a few seconds, it disconnected.
