2023-08-20	Ma*****	SmartCoach deserves all the praise. I've tried a few... and this is by far my new favorite calorie-tracking app. I love how it adjusts my goals based on the input that I enter to keep me on track with the weight loss rate that I'd selected. It seems to be doing a great job even with the limited data since I've only been using it for a couple of weeks. It is subscription only, but I feel what it has to offer is more than worth the cost, especially if it helps me lose weight and get healthier.

The user experience of this app is the best I've experienced, and the estimation algorithms are really good as long as you're logging consistently and honestly. I also enjoy the visualizations for my energy expenditure, as well as seeing what my Weight Trend looks like (if I stay the course and be consistent). Definitely a fan!

2022-11-07	Ab*****	With other nutrition apps, I had to do so much of the work myself - estimating my caloric needs, adjusting targets through trial and error, readjusting as my weight and activity levels changed, again trial and error… SmartCoach's automated coaching eliminates the guesswork and keeps me on the right track. Better results and less work - What's not to like?

2022-09-01	Ya*****	Science-based. No fad dieting. This helps you realise your calorie intake and give you unbiased feedback to meeting your goal. This is the single best tool in my arsenal of weight control. Once my cut is over, this app will be invaluable in maintaining my weight. For anyone hesitant, please learn how this app works, give it time to do what it does best, and trust the process.

2022-08-30	Ab*****	It's a great looking app. My favourite thing about it is the very detailed charts that show both your scale weight and weight trend. The weight trend takes all the stress out of daily fluctuations. I find this really encouraging. Hands down one of the best teaching app in the market! 2022-07-10	Ke*****	SmartCoach is scientifically-backed and adaptable. The platform is authentic and I could tell it was created by people with industry knowledge! I use the site (and now the app) literally every single day and it really helped me get an understanding of my TDEE and the factors that influence it. It's a great and super useful tool with a very simple UI!
