The Software is getting blocked sometimes ...need to clear the cache. This is not a problem...but my live trading account got blocked by few days...no button was working. I sent them an email ...they replied to me immediately telling me to clean the cache...which I did...but still my live trading account was frozen...no button was working... So...I sent again an email to their team....waiting... Imagine if I was trading ...
