Then go to cover, and they keep asking obvious questions to add an account plus, why do i need to add my insurance twice likes its common sense. If i sign in by default my covers should populate automatically. My phone number and email username are unique. Then the load time, waaah. So i have sent several requests to signin then I'm getting an errorcode displayed in html tags

2024-12-11	Ko*****	Too much limitations for example currently giving a limitation of 3000shs per visit only per day, anything above that requires a pre-authorization which some hospitals have rejected due to failure to honour the entire amount used by the patient even after the insurance giving an okay and rather sticking to the 3000 daily limit.this has caused frustrations to many clients.
