2025-01-08	Jo*****	I have been trying to access the app after logging me out. Its not working. I cant find any functions working. I dont know what the use of the app if no options are working and keep on failing. Accessing from UK.

2025-01-02	Re*****	Very basic app. Third party app for the car do a lot more. Digital key still in beta after 2 years. I've sent you an email with feedback and suggestion but I never got an answer from you. Thanks for the consideration for people who spent more than 40k for this car. I wonder why everyone goes to tesla....

2024-12-01	Al*****	Why is this app so poorly designed? it's appalling for such an expensive car. - Constantly logs you out, even when you check "stay signed in" - No ability to schedule the car heating times, you have to click in the app each time. So unnecessary. - Very slow to load and not stable - Can't schedule charging times There's no excuse for it, clearly they don't care about customer experience.

2024-11-18	G *****	Climate control is very slow to heat compared to the Kia App. It doesn't run the demist and doesn't immediately blast air at the target temperature the way the Kia does.

2024-10-03	Ia*****	Basically rubbish. Constantly have to keep logging in. Says stay logged in. This doesn't happen. Why no finger print to login? Functions are poor and slow. Charging point mapping next to useless. Everything I search it resets tte map. Charger function bad. Doesn't even know it's plugged in for a scheduled start, until it starts. Overall probably the worst car app I have used or currently use. My BMW app was so much better, and my current Porsche and VW apps are function rich and always work

2024-09-28	Ph*****	The very basic feature set is at best a 3 star "meh". But the fact that it completely drains the battery while running in the background is just terrible 👎👎. Needs fixing! I like that you can remotely set the charge level, but would be great if you could also set the charge current that way.
