Features & Capabilities

Trimpoeng is a Chrome extension that motivates you to stay active by earning points during walks in forests and mountains. With Trimpoeng, you can participate in nationwide training competitions where points are awarded not only for exercising at fitness centers but also by "checking in" at specific outdoor checkpoints called uteposter. These check-ins activate when you’re within a certain distance (e.g., 50 meters) of the recorded utepost location.

Users can register within the app, create or join teams, and compete collaboratively or individually. Teams can upload images (lagbilder) visible in the app and competition website. Some competitions are exclusive to fitness center members, while others welcome everyone. Registration involves SMS password verification to ensure secure participation. Trimpoeng combines fitness, community, and the great outdoors for an engaging and rewarding experience.

User Reviews

I think it would be nice if it was working... I logged in and I wanna search for location, but it just doesn't do anything. At this point I dont mind that its only in norwegian, but I would appreciate if it was working at least. Is it because I don't have a norwegian phone number? Could you please make it accessible for everybody?
