first time seeing this game and downloading it. once it was completely downloaded I tried playing it. the screen would go dark like it was switched scenes before freezing and popping up a notification on the screen saying "Net not connected." I have internet and I've restarted my phone twice and nothing change. bummed out as I think I would've liked it if I could've played.

So, bound my account to Google, got a new phone, but game can't load my progress and no support tab within game to send a ticket. Does cloud save work or not ?? UPDATE - Is game now officially dead ?? Can't log into server.
