The accelerater didn't work I used another scooter and found out it had no brakes, going full speed, and almost wrecked. I contacted the company about a refund and never heard back from them.

2022-07-13	Ma*****	I haven't used an app this unfriendly in awhile. No customer contact us number, just a ticket system to request help that doesn't work half the time. Terrible site site navigation. Over all mediocre at best. I'm adding a couple stars, still frustrating to use the app, but it did finally work. Hopefully they will improve it.

2022-07-07	Al*****	A little glitches but I kept at it and it was awsome. Had a blast with my boys. I don't walk well from am insane accident and we went to Clearwater Beach FL. I'm young with young kids. It changed the trip!

2022-06-13	Ry*****	Sort of easy to setup in the app and get going but they definitely scoot. Just be careful because they get up to speed quick and the throttle doesn't engage right away.
