APPSION

What is it?

Appsion is designed to support individuals and families identify, map and track aspirational goals while working with a Whanau Ora Navigator. The Navigator works with the Individual/ Whanau to complete the appsion assessment and from the data entered provides a foundation of the whanau situation. Furthermore the individual/ Whanau are able to create personal and whanau goals that will improve their family situation. The individual/ whanau will be empowered through achieving goals as they enter steps they have taken to reach their aspirations.

Design

Poutama – The Poutama design is a visual feature in APPSION. It symbolises the various levels of strength and achievement. This visual gives the worker a clearer picture of how they can assist whānau in their journey.

Vision

To support and empower whanau to take control of their situation and to create aspirations that will improve their situation.
