The worst delivery experience ever. Granted, I did get a $20 credit from Slice, but my pizza was all over the place when it arrived. Wish I could upload photos. They used Doordash for their delivery, so to a certain extent, it is not a Slice issue but a Doordash issue. But honestly, they could have taken this one back and sent me another one.

Ordered through web but I can't track the status of the order even though the text literally says "Track status on the slice app: ". I asked customer support and they told me it wasn't possible. They did give me an ETA after contacting the store, which ended up being 20 minutes later than the initial ETA provided by Slice. I was already at the store so I just went inside to ask and it was already ready, so the ETA the CS agent gave me was completely wrong. At least the original ETA was accurate.
