With A|T Sleep and SleepStax, you can control compatible bed pressure through the SleepStax hub, manage supported SleepStax hubs, review sleep trends, track activity, connect supported wearable devices, and view source-tracked wellness data such as heart rate, SpO2, HRV, respiration, movement, and sleep history when supported by your connected device.

SleepStax remains the primary controller for unattended bed automation. The Android app is the setup and control surface, and compatible local commands may be assisted by the phone while nearby for faster foreground control or support recovery.

A|T Sleep is built for people who want their compatible bed to keep working without relying on Sleep Number or SleepIQ services. SleepStax restores practical smart-bed control, and supported wearables can provide more direct sleep telemetry than bed-only estimates.

Requirements:
An A|T Sleep account is required. SleepStax hardware is required for bed-control features. A compatible adjustable base is required for base preset and underbed-light features. Compatible external wearable hardware or an approved third-party integration is required for wearable telemetry such as heart rate, SpO2, HRV, respiration, and sleep tracking. Bluetooth, notification, and internet access may be required for setup, syncing, alerts, and device communication.

A|T Sleep does not measure heart rate or SpO2 using the phone camera or phone body sensors.
