i can't open the app even though i have lot's of storage and 150mbps speed of internet all i see is pure white screen or black screen nothing else i tried to uninstall and install again but it same again,. just waste of time

I'm very much enjoy the game nice graphics and smooth gameplay how ever I have just a little problem about the reward system. I already participated 2 season and I never receive any reward token that I won. Any help please!
