2025-01-20	as*****	The hub after updating the firmware version does not arm/disarm the system. The whole point of security system is gone without the ability to arm/disarm. When clicking the arm/disarm it just shows a loading wheel for 2 sec and nothing happens. No error message or anything

Customer service is horrible and they don't have a clue how to fix problems or answers to most simple questions. I definitely wish I had never bought this system. I tell everyone that asks about our system to buy something else. Can't see them staying in busness much longer with so many issue.
