Cannot do anything! My internet connection is freaking super slow! The agent cannot sort out or help me how to fix my internet connection concern! I did all to unplug and plug from socket, forget and reconnect to internet!!! Off and on my phone!!!! Still the same!!!! Nothing fix!!!

Just completely useless, High Packet Loss. Quick on speedtest app but usually disconnects every after some minutes. This app wont fix a thing and controls wont affect connection or connected devices
