Very poor internet service provider! I'm unable to login to this app. It keeps on saying "Please connect to Sky Fiber Mesh Network to launch and log-in to the account." Need to change my password. Please help.

Cannot do anything! My internet connection is freaking super slow! The agent cannot sort out or help me how to fix my internet connection concern! I did all to unplug and plug from socket, forget and reconnect to internet!!! Off and on my phone!!!! Still the same!!!! Nothing fix!!!
