The counter offers four counting modes: touch type (increment or decrement by tapping), sensor type using your device's proximity sensor, time delay type for automatic intervals, and volume key type for counting with hardware buttons. On the timer side, customize rounds, exercise time, and break intervals shown via colored progress bars with simple tap controls to start or stop.
