DSA Portal Phase-1 is a digital platform developed by SK Finance to streamline and digitize the lead acquisition process for existing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Dealers. The solution provides secure Web and Android applications that enable authorized partners to capture customer leads, submit them for processing, and monitor the complete lead lifecycle from a single interface.

The platform supports both Quick Lead and Detailed Lead journeys, allowing DSAs to initiate customer applications with minimal information and progressively enrich lead details as required. Once captured, leads are integrated with the SKI Loan Origination System (LOS) through secure APIs, eliminating manual intervention and ensuring faster lead processing.

DSAs and Dealers can track the real-time status of submitted leads, resume incomplete applications, and view the progress of each case throughout the processing lifecycle. The portal also provides visibility into incentive and payout details, enabling partners to monitor earnings for successfully processed and disbursed cases.

The solution includes a comprehensive Administration Portal for business and operations teams to manage DSA and Dealer master data, activate or deactivate partners, configure product mappings, maintain incentive structures, and manage role-based access controls. Search, filtering, reporting, and operational monitoring capabilities help improve overall governance and transparency.
