2025-01-14	Mo*****	Can't get statements. It doesn't log your device after downloading the app, like most other banks do, you have to physically log in online to register the device. You have to log in online to do anything but if you forget your password you're screwed because the way they verify you is through the app, but only if you've physically logged in online and registered the device. Such ridiculous logic! Poor interface.

2025-01-01	ng*****	Hard to use. Conflicting messages in the app and on Skipton online about how many devices can be registered. App claims it is not registered on my phone when online system says it is, so had to remove online registration then register app again. Online description of how to generate a code to avoid using the app tells me to click a link on the homepage which is no longer there. It's a shambles.
