I no longer get message notifications. It's very frustrating to find out clients have waited days for a response from me. It makes me look unprofessional!!!

A must for managing your contacts and clients. It's a bit pricey, but if you USE IT you'll find it pays for itself. In fact, if it was only a few bucks a month, I'd probably not use it as much. Automate as much as you can, from contacting leads, wishing clients happy birthday, scheduling regular meetings, and rescheduling missed meetings. People respond to text messages faster and more reliably than emails.
