Yara Leadership Academy is a user facing app that is used by trainees under the Yara Leadership Programme to avail digital content for various courses run by Yara for its MSMEs (categorically Agro-dealers). Through this comprehensive program, participants gain insights into practical tools and methodologies for operational excellence, financial management and efficient stakeholder management.
