The UX on this app needs a lot of work, I submitted an ID verification that never got a response. The unresponsiveness of this app is its death. Unfortunately, this unupdated app will inevitably become another government project that fades away into oblivion.
My experience has unfortunately been very poor, when I try to do anything in the app I am greeted with this error message "Expired Token". I hope this can be dealt with as soon a possible 🙏
Good day The app seems to have a problem i have been trying to use the app for the past hour and a half but to no avail. The app opens but then only shows me the logo with a black background and nothing more . I went to the website but i can't signup i keep filling in the required spaces but it just keeps loading then the rechapta the time runs out and it asks ne to do it again I then tried it on my laptop i still cant signup it does the same thing
Great initiative !!
