I invested both my time and money to obtain my Universal certification, only to be told that my license cannot be issued because my EPA certification cannot be verified due to an inability to contact VGI. This situation is frustrating and unacceptable. I fulfilled my responsibilities and expected the verification process to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, the lack of communication has delayed my certification.
