2025-01-07	Mi*****	Bought tickets for an event and noticed we didn't have money to go tried to get my money back and basically said I can only get my money back if something serious has happened even though I paid for tickets protection so that is £50 down the drain

2024-12-22	Th*****	Load of balls - promises a lot, but doesn't seem like these features actually work. Couldn't make a gig (it happens) but sure enough my gig isn't covered by the resale service. But you can transfer them... No, no you can't. £80 down the drain as I couldn't get tickets to someone else's account. Goodbye Skiddle!

2024-12-04	St*****	Very poor, had 5 tickets for Southampton tribute concert , that got cancelled and I didn't get a refund same as alot of my friends didn't get there's either, got robbed , will never use this company again and would advise other people to stay away aswell
