AssessMate

AssessMate is a property inspection app built for New Zealand building and property inspectors. It runs the whole job on your phone, from the first note on site to a finished PDF report you can hand to your client.

Two inspection types are built in. The pre-purchase assessment follows NZS 4306:2005 and takes you through every area of the house, room by room, with condition ratings, findings, moisture readings and specialist referrals. The Healthy Homes assessment checks a rental against the five Healthy Homes Standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture and drainage, and draught stopping.

When the inspection is done, AssessMate builds a branded PDF report with your photos, findings and signature. It can also produce a one-page Certificate of Inspection for banks and solicitors, and a Letter of Engagement to send a client before the job.
