Useless you put your date of birth in and it give you wrong date change my phone and it won't let me log in then you ring them and they tell you to leave your details but they never get back to you something as important as this should be better waste of time

Filling in the details on the app is not straightforward, when you try to fill in your date of birth it takes so long the app times out. After a couple of times it then says too many attempts, but please phone this number. 3.15 in the afternoon and the office is closed. So good luck trying to contact them, they are either busy or gone home.
