2023-12-12	MR*****	لا يوجد خط مباشر للمساعدة والرقم المسجل للاستفسار لايتم الرد عليه. لا يوجد وسيلة للمساعدة التقنية من داخل التطبيق او الموقع دردشة لايف وتتطلب حل مشكلة في الحساب أكثر من يومين. حتى بعد الاتصال بالرقم البادئ16 لا يوجد صلاحية للمستخدم بتعديل خانة في البيانات بسهولة عند التسجيل مثل خانة الجنس (أنثى / ذكر). عند تسجيل في sjc او التطبيق. لايوجد صلاحية للمستخدم ان يقوم بحذف الحساب و انشاؤه مجددا. يتم الرد على المشكلات ما بين 9 إلى 11 ساعة في الايميل وبدون حلول وصولا إلى أكثرمن 30ساعة. فقط قيد الاجراء.
