I accidentally ordered straight from Formcut as I didn't realize it was a B2B app/store. That being said, Formcut honored my order even though they had no obligation whatsoever. Their customer service was as good as it gets. Very polite, professional, and informative. As for the app, it is a very neat concept and super easy to use. Now for the shirts I ordered. My only complaint is that they are a bit wide in the shoulders. Everything else, including fabric and stitching is A+! Give it a try!
