Siteflow Signature

Run your entire outlet activation from your pocket.

Siteflow Signature is the field companion for RCPL's Signature program — built for CSOs, Account Sales Executives, and Account Sales Managers to onboard retail outlets, manage cooler and branding assets, capture invoices, and track payouts, all in one place.

No paperwork. No guesswork. Just a fast, guided flow from a new outlet to a fully activated, earning partner.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

📝 Onboard outlets in minutes
A clean 6-step flow captures outlet details, KYC, photos, banking, and a digital agreement — with GPS and OTP verification built in.

📊 Track every outlet's journey
A live Signature Journey timeline shows exactly where each outlet stands — Enrollment → ASE review → ASM approval → asset request → verified — so nothing stalls.

🧊 Request coolers & branding
Raise cooler and branding asset requests in seconds and follow them through L1/L2 approvals and on-site compliance.

🧾 Scan invoices, auto-matched
Snap an invoice and let AI extract every line item and match it to the catalogue with a confidence score — review, confirm, and submit in seconds.

💰 Know the payout upfront
Transparent economics on every outlet — a fixed monthly rental plus a performance bonus — so partners always know how they earn.

✅ Approve anywhere, anytime
Managers review and clear onboarding, asset, and invoice requests on the go, with a full multi-level approval trail.

📈 Stay on top of everything
Role-based dashboards bring outlets, requests, invoices, and progress into a single, glanceable view.
