• Rate of Interest: 13% to 18% p.a.
• Processing Fees: Up to 3.93% (inclusive of applicable taxes) of the loan amount
Example: For a loan of ₹ 10 Lacs at an interest rate of 15% per annum for 240 months resulting in ₹12,500 interest amount (interest rate on a reducing balance method), with a processing fee of 3.93% (₹ 39,300) and other charges of ₹100, the total amount to be repaid after 240 months is approximately ₹31,60,294.99.
